The STC on Conformity Assessment was established by First meeting of the Technical Management Board (TMB) held during 31 March 2014 to 01 April 2014.

Scope of STC on Conformity Assessment

The SARSO STC on Conformity Assessment shall develop/harmonize standards and guidelines related to the practice of testing, inspection and certification of products, processes and services, and to the assessment of testing laboratories, inspection bodies, certification bodies and their operation and acceptance. The Committee, however, shall not perform conformity assessment activities.
